Nose
- Slightly rubbery, delicately light and sweet, leafy oak with a slight tang of coffee.
Flavour - Sweet, malty, full, rich and round.
Finish - Slightly spicy, long and characterful.

Nose - Drier with a quick, big attack
Body
- Firm, slightly oily.
Palate
- Plenty of flavour, with notes of peat smoke.
Finish - Long with oaky notes, even at this relatively young age.

- Plenty of sherry, oak, maltiness, and a hint of smokiness - all the elements of a lovely, mixed bouquet.
Body - Firm rounded.
Palate - Assertive, again with the elements beautifully melded.
Finish - Long and smooth.

Color - Gold/peaty with very bright rich golden highlights.
Nose
- Full, rich and sweet, with a luscious, unctuous oily-oak character and delicately peated.
Flavour - Sweet, rich and creamy, very intense, full-bodied and smooth with hints of burnt peat.
Finish - Gloriously sweet, gently smoky - long and distinguished.

Color - Dark Amber.
Nose
- Pungent, sappy.
Body - Big with some dryness of texture.
Palate - The flavours are so tighly interlocked at first that the whisky appears reluctant to give up its secrets. Very slow, insistent flavour development. All the components gradually emerge, but in a drier mood.
Finish - Long, oaky, sappy. Extra points out of respect for idiosyncratic age.

Finish - Fresh with smoky nuttiness and long lasting.

Color - Quite full amber with old gold highlights.
Nose
- Big-bodied, medium-sweet, mature and quite fresh, intense and very rich with notes of lemon/honey cough linctus, madarin oranges, citrus oil and honeyed oak.
Palate - Big-bodied, almost dry, but with a good rich edge, gently oaky chewy, a velvety smooth unctuousness and citrus character.
Finish - Long, quite delicately perfumed and complex - honey, beesway and chocolates.

GLENFARCLAS 105 no age statement, 60% abv
Known as 105°, and is 8 to 10 years old

Nose
- Robust: butterscotch and raisins.
Body - Full, heavy.
Palate - Very sweet, rich nectar, with some honeyish dryness.
Finish - Long and warmed by the high proof. Rounded.

- Very spirity, slightly astringent, slightly sweet.
